Public Comment Period for WI’s Invasive Species Rule

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has announced the opening of the public comment period for the draft rule language associated with proposed revisions to ch. NR 40, Wisconsin’s Invasive Species Rule.
The department will also be holding a public hearing on the proposed rule on Wednesday, Aug. 5 at 5 p.m.

The department will be accepting public comments through Aug. 7, 2026.
