Administrative Assistant – Join the WWOA team! Based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin Woodland Owners Association Inc. (WWOA) is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. This position will work closely with the Executive Director to provide administrative support for the organization through bookkeeping, membership services, and other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate enjoys providing exceptional customer service, has the ability to work independently or as part of a team, has a demonstrated attention to detail, and meets the required 3+ years of experience accurately using QuickBooks. Experience working with Outlook, Excel and Word necessary. Prefer a candidate with nonprofit administration and an interest in caring for our natural resources. 2024 – 25 AmeriCorps Member – Join WWOA for 2024-25 (Sept 2024-August 2025) as our Volunteer Coordinator. Network with woodland owners and natural resource professionals, research and write our Learn Something New weekly emails, oversee our Woodland Mentor Program, create social media posts, and interact with leaders of WWOA. It is anticipated that by the end of April 2024 this application will be available.
