Julie Peltier, Hartford – passed away September 18, 2018.  Julie was employed by the WI DNR at the Kettle Moraine State Forest – Pike Lake Unit in Hartford, WI.

James Weiner, Palmyra – died September 27, 2018.  Memorials in Jim’s name may be directed to a charity of your choice.

Martha Stoltenberg, Elkhart Lake – passed away September 7, 2018.  Martha was an outdoor enthusiast.  A memorial fund is being established in her name.

Robert Birnstengel, Laporte, MN – passed away September 1, 2018.   Bob worked for the US Forest Service.

Craig Johanesen, Stoughton – passed away February 2, 2018.  Craig was a WWOA Charter member and very active in the WWOA Blackhawk Chapter.  Memorials in Craig’s name may be made to the Clintonville Area Historical Society, 25 18th Street, Clintonville, WI 54929 or the ASPCA at https://www.aspca.org/

Harvey Huss Sr., Kaukauna – passed away March 7, 2018.

Roy Bartz, Neenah – passed away February 9, 2018.  A memorial fund in Roy’s name will be established at a later date.

Gracia Anderson, Osseo – passed away July 4, 2018.  Gracia had been very active in WWOA and the Chippewa Valley Chapter.  Gracia and her husband Henry had attended the WWOA 1997 Sweden trip.  Memorial are preferred to Osseo Evangelical Lutheran Church, 50351 Harmony, Osseo, WI 54758 and the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.

Richard “Dick” Hall, Sheboygan Falls – passed away May 8, 2018.  WWOA has lost one of our most active Past Presidents, life member Richard “Dick” Hall.  Dick served on the WWOA Board of Directors from 1983-1990.  He served as President elect from 1984-1985, President from 1985-1986 and Secretary from 1988-1990.  He also served on the Publications and Science Committees.  He was also known for his woodland columns in The Country Today.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in…

Norma Belliveau, Laughlin, NV & Tomahawk – passed away May 3, 2018.  Norma “Fozzy” Bellievue passed away in Nevada where they spent the winters. Norma served on the WWOA Board from 1990-1998.  She served as Secretary from 1990-1991, President from 1991-1993, and President Elect from 1995-1996.  She also served on the Awards and Government Affairs Committees.
