WWOA’s My Land Handbook is a 35 page document with a variety of sections designed to help landowners more easily and thoroughly record their land information in. Topics vary from the land’s legal description to the contact information for professionals, neighbors and trusted assistants.

WWOA’s My Land Handbook serves as a family legacy tool facilitating communication between generations, helps in an emergency such as a windstorm by having all your resources in one place, or when selling the land it assembles related information on the land management and care into one document. The document is free and available to all for use. Multiple formats are available to suit individual preferences, including PDF, Fillable Form or a regular Word document.

Chippewa Valley Chapter Chair, Merlyn Jones, encourages members to utilize the handbook, “Like insurance, it is never needed-until it is really needed! Then it is beyond our reach unless already prepared and shared.”
